Our Classes

Community Flow

Held in the Wakefield Community, our Flow classes are a Vinyassa-Hatha practice. We warm the body with some flowing movement, followed by held poses to find stillness and strength. All classes include a short breath work practice (Pranayama) and our Savasana (resting pose).

Suitable for all levels, from beginner movers through to those looking for more advanced options.

Monday classes are at Wakefield School Hall, Friday classes are in the supper room at Wakefield Community Hall.

Chair Yoga - Mobility

Our Mobility Class uses Chairs as the base, rather than laying down on the mat. This makes the essence of yoga available to all, including those with injury or limitations in their mobility.

Gently ease into your yoga practice by starting with Chair Yoga, this class includes our usual breath work (Pranayama) and Meditations as a regular yoga class and will leave students feeling stretched and relaxed.

Private Classes

Looking for something more tailored to your own needs? Jess also offers 1:1 Yoga Classes, both online and in person. These are designed specifically on your needs, whether you’re looking to strengthen or stretch the body or it’s a focus on calming the mind. Get in touch to chat.

I really believe yoga is for everyone.

Yoga isn’t saved for gurus or enlightened yogis, nor is it just for flexible, able bodies fashionistas! Yoga is a practice that supports us all, no matter how our body is feeling or looking. Because of this, I try to keep costs as low as possible to make it accessible for everyone.

A casual class cost is $15 per class and a 10 Trip pass available for $120, payment can be made via bank transfer.

Koha cash donation, of any amount is also accepted when you arrive at class. If you’d like to come along and this feels out of reach, please contact me - I’d love you to join regardless.
